Handmade items

Every piece is made by hand, so colours, sizes and details may vary slightly from the photos. These small differences are part of what makes each item unique.

Orders and custom requests

Orders and custom requests are arranged through Facebook messages. An order is confirmed once the details and price are agreed. Custom pieces may need a deposit before work begins.

Payment

Full payment is due before an item is sent or collected, unless agreed otherwise.

Delivery and collection

Delivery times are estimates. Atelier Annamaria is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

Returns

Because items are handmade, and custom pieces are made especially for you, returns are only accepted if an item arrives damaged. Please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it.

Care

Follow any care instructions given with your item. Hand washing in cool water is recommended for most crochet pieces.

All photos, designs and content on this website belong to Atelier Annamaria and may not be copied or used without permission.

Trademarks

Atelier Annamaria™ and Anjore™ are trademarks of Annamaria. The names and logos may not be used without written permission.
